WorldFish would like to hire an intern who will be required to support the Zambia Finance Team on various finance tasks needed coming from multiple finance unit i.e. (Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable).
The successful candidate has key responsibilities in the following areas:
- Assist in invoice registration, payment and manage AP Mailbox to resolve issue.
- Assist with the bank reconciliation.
- Assist with follow-ups with procurement to clear any issues in the P2P process.
- Assist in asset tagging and asset sighting process.
- Assist to develop and maintain an online filing on SharePoint assessable to key stakeholders.
- Assist with monthly fuel reconciliation.
- Assist Finance Manager with any ad-hoc assignments required to support Global Finance Team.
- Provide support to pre-and post-event activities related to workshops and conferences.
