  • Maintain awareness of sector developments and build effective internal networks across Focus and Enabler areas.

About You

You foster a collaborative, positive and culturally responsive approach, building trusted relationships grounded in mutual respect, shared values and inclusivity with all stakeholders. You listen deeply, navigate diverse perspectives and enjoy working alongside others to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Additionally, you'll bring:

  • A degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience, with minimum of four years of experience in professional or community sectors.
  • An understanding of partnership or stakeholder management processes, with confidence using Microsoft Office suites and the ability to learn or work with databases such as CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to engage respectfully, bring together diverse perspectives and build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders from all backgrounds.
