About the Opportunity

Minderoo is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organised Principal, Creative Producer to lead and support the production lifecycle of compelling campaigns, content and communications. Working in close partnership with the Director of Brand and Creative, this role will be a linchpin between strategy and execution – bridging internal teams, external partners, and the creative studio to ensure ideas are transformed into impactful, high-quality outputs.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong grasp of creative operations, campaign delivery, and production oversight. You’ll be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable briefs, managing production timelines and resources, and streamlining daily operations to support creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of creative projects across a range of channels and formats, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative team, including scheduling, task prioritisation, resourcing, and preparation of briefs and production materials.
  • Foster collaboration across departments by coordinating working groups, managing communications, and ensuring alignment between teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, removing barriers so creative teams can focus on delivery and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including briefing, quoting, timeline management, and production oversight.
  • Oversee production logistics and administrative functions such as raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and supporting budget tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and creative output to ensure alignment with brand standards, deadlines, and strategic objectives.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of integrated campaigns, collaborating closely with communications and agency teams.
  • Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of workflow systems, tools, and processes that enhance team efficiency and creative output.

About You

You are an experienced creative producer or project manager with a strong background in advertising, content production, or creative operations. You’re known for your ability to keep projects on track, teams aligned, and creative work purposeful and polished. Detail-oriented and driven by impact, you thrive in fast-paced environments where storytelling meets strategy.

You will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a creative, media, or production environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing creative projects from concept to completion, preferably within purpose-driven or advocacy-focused organisations.
  • A solid understanding of media planning, buying, and delivery, as well as hands-on experience with tools such as Asana, Figma, or similar project management and creative platforms.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, supplier relationships, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
