Job Description About the RoleAs Principal, Impact Measurement and Learning, you will work alongside the Oceans Focus Area to provide strategic advice and a diverse range of support for impact measurement and learning activities. This includes supporting teams to design, develop and deliver measurement and learning plans. Specifically, Duties Include

Contribute to the design and implementation of Minderoo’s Impact Measurement and Learning approach in collaboration with focus areas and other enabling functions.
Capacity building - Support the creation of organisational culture where quality evidence and learning are valued. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective impact measurement practices.
Develop and Implement Impact Measurement and Learning Plans: Design and implement comprehensive measurement and learning plans that align with the goals and objectives of philanthropic focus areas. This includes defining measurable outcomes, selecting appropriate indicators, and establishing data collection and analysis methodologies.
Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data related to impact measurement. Utilise various quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather insights and assess the outcomes and impact of philanthropic efforts.
Contribute to the advancement of philanthropic evaluation by staying breast of the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in impact measurement and learning. Continuously explore innovative approaches and tools to enhance impact measurement capabilities.
