Invitation to Tender: CRM Updates and Development of Levy Portal

Seafish invites tenders for CRM updates and the development of an online Levy Portal.



This work will enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system and rebuild a business-critical portal that enables seafood levy payers to submit and manage their returns.

The project includes:

  • Reviewing and automating existing CRM processes.
  • Rebuilding and implementing the Levy submission portal.
  • Ensuring integration with Microsoft tools and finance systems.
  • Supporting wider CRM adoption across Seafish through improvements and training.
  • Providing ongoing partner support and maintenance.

The contract is expected to begin on Monday 18 August 2025. All tenders must be submitted by 5pm on Monday 11 August 2025.
