Invitation to Tender: CRM Updates and Development of Levy Portal
This work will enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system and rebuild a business-critical portal that enables seafood levy payers to submit and manage their returns.
The project includes:
- Reviewing and automating existing CRM processes.
- Rebuilding and implementing the Levy submission portal.
- Ensuring integration with Microsoft tools and finance systems.
- Supporting wider CRM adoption across Seafish through improvements and training.
- Providing ongoing partner support and maintenance.
The contract is expected to begin on Monday 18 August 2025. All tenders must be submitted by 5pm on Monday 11 August 2025.
