Brief Description

Are you high school graduate who speaks Dhivehi and loves the ocean? Then dive into the world of marine biology with our resort-based internship! You will work hands-on alongside our expert team, learning all about ocean conservation and engaging with resort guests.

The ideal applicant will be :

– Fluent in Dhivehi and English (spoken and written) – essential.
– Aged 18+, a High School graduate, passionate about conservation and the ocean.
– A confident ocean swimmer/snorkeller (essential); SCUBA cert and freediving skills preferred.

Duties may include (but are not limited to):

– Assisting with our conservation projects: coral propagation, turtle conservation, guest excursions, education.
– Writing website reports (with photographs) of your work and experiences, and creating social media content.
