Entrepreneur in Residence (West Africa)

If you can build the financial model, sit across from the investor, and negotiate the contract in French, we want to work with you!

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to work alongside ocean-impact founders across West Africa and get them ready for investment. This is late-stage support, not early-stage encouragement: tightening the financials, building numbers that survive due diligence, and knowing what an investor is really asking when they ask it. You’ll be based in mainland West Africa, ideally Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana or Côte d’Ivoire, working in French and English and close enough to founders to catch a problem long before it reaches a term sheet. It’s a 20-month contract on a new project, so you’d be expanding our team rather than replacing anyone in it.
