The board links directly to the career pages of ocean organizations and updates when jobs are posted or taken down. It's free to use, and all applications go directly to the hiring organization.

Programme Coordinator

If you can hold a dozen moving parts in your head, keep founders on track when their week falls apart, and turn a scattered programme into one that actually runs, we want to work with you!

We’re looking for a Programme Coordinator to run the engine behind our accelerator work: the schedules, the founder support, the partner coordination and the donor reports that keep everything funded. You’ll be the person entrepreneurs come to when they’re stuck, and the one making sure every session, every mentor and every deliverable lands where it should. This is a 10-month contract based in Cape Town, and it’s a new role on a growing team rather than someone else’s seat to fill. You don’t need a decade behind you. You do need to have supported startups before, and to have coordinated an accelerator programme, so you know what breaks when nobody is watching.
