If you’re looking to lead meaningful technology change, work with committed colleagues based across the world, and make a tangible contribution to a mission driven organisation, this could be the role for you.
At the MSC, you’ll have a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our technology roadmap, leading a portfolio of projects and business systems that improve how the organisation operates every day. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and delivery – strengthening portfolio governance, modernising core platforms, and ensuring technology investments deliver real, measurable value. From delivering new portal capabilities to improving CRM and finance systems to automation and data driven decision making, you’ll help turn ambition into practical outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and delivery teams, influencing priorities and building confidence in how technology change is planned and delivered. We offer a friendly, supportive working culture, strong opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to lead meaningful technology change in an organisation that values quality, clarity and impact.
We’re looking for an experienced technology delivery leader with a strong track record of managing portfolios of projects and business systems, bringing structure, prioritisation and momentum to complex change.
You’ll be confident establishing clear governance, realistic plans and effective oversight, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible value and are successfully embedded into day–to-day operations. You’ll bring a collaborative leadership style, working closely with senior stakeholders, business owners and delivery teams to shape priorities, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track. If this opportunity to lead meaningful technology change at the MSC has inspired you, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re an international organisation and our employees all demonstrate a level of cultural awareness, and value the diverse views and approaches relevant to the MSC program.
