Do you enjoy helping international teams get the very best from their technology, combining hands-on training, data insight and face-to-face collaboration across regions? Then this could be the opportunity for you!

Based in Cronulla, Australia and supporting colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region, you’ll play a visible, hands-on role in improving how our core platforms are used day to day, turning system capability into real business impact.

You’ll work closely with regional teams to understand their needs, deliver practical and engaging learning, and ensure new tools and processes are successfully embedded. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with our central Technology & Data function to shape solutions that reflect regional priorities and ways of working. You’ll also take the lead on key technology and data capability areas, shaping how they are adopted across the region.

This is a role where you can see the direct impact of your work, building digital confidence, improving adoption, and helping teams operate more effectively in support of our mission.

It is a hybrid position, sitting between the business and our central Technology & Data function, combining training delivery, business process analysis, data insight and stakeholder engagement to drive sustained technology adoption.

What you’ll bring to the MSC:

  • Technical confidence with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 (or similar), and an understanding of how systems enable and improve real business processes

  • The ability to use data and insight to assess system usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn these into practical actions that increase engagement and efficiency

  • Experience designing and delivering training, onboarding or rollout activities that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working, through workshops, virtual learning and coaching

  • Confidence working between business teams and Product Owners, translating user needs into clear requirements and advocating for effective solutions

  • A collaborative and credible approach, with an ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, locations and levels of seniority

You will also be comfortable working across time zones and travelling within the region when needed to build strong, in-person connections with the teams you support. This is ideal for someone who has a few years experience in a similar role.

If this has inspired you, please apply here!

We look forward to hearing from you!
