Seize this exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to the health of the world’s oceans – as Personal Assistant to the Chief Standards Officer (CSO) at the Marine Stewardship Council.
This pivotal role will place you at the centre of our Science and Standards department, supporting the CSO in their leadership of international department contributing to delivery of MSC’s mission.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide trusted executive support to the CSO, managing their time, communications, and commitments so they can focus on strategic leadership. This includes diary and correspondence management, making travel arrangements, organising meetings and preparing meeting papers.
You’ll also play a coordinating role across the Science and Standards leadership team, supporting senior colleagues with logistics and administration, ensuring smooth collaboration across a global function, and overseeing the work of an administrative staff member.
The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across the MSC and interaction with a range of external partners, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a global organisation making a real difference to the future health of the world’s oceans.
