Are you an insights-driven marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing and paid media management?

Do you have experience working in consumer and B2B marketing?

If you have experience working in a client-facing marketing role and you are you passionate about food sustainability and ocean health, and protecting the environment and its resources for the future, this could be the role for you.

As the leading certification for sustainable fishing and seafood, the MSC sits at a dynamic cross-section between food, sustainability, and marine science.

In this role you would be part of a diverse team of ocean and seafood enthusiasts whose work positively impacts the future of our oceans. By educating and engaging the public while partnering with fisheries, companies and other organizations you would be instrumental in helping shape and deliver the Canadian marketing strategy, ultimately enhancing recognition of the MSC and guiding businesses and consumers toward more sustainable choices.

The Marketing Manager will be part of a small and nimble Canadian team working closely with colleagues in the US and UK while collaborating with and learning from experts in various related fields from 20+ countries around the world.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent experience in planning, campaign management, and results analysis
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms, including managing budgets and cross-platform spending
  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing in a client-facing role
  • The ability to develop, manage and disseminate creative and impactful assets and content

Excellent copywriting skills and will be a creative problem-solver French language skills will be an asset as would experience in the food and beverage, grocery retail, and environmental non-profit space
