The MSC is looking for a Program Manager, DACH to lead and deliver a varied and exciting program of work in the DACH region, working with key commercial and fisheries partners, and other relevant stakeholders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This is a dynamic role offering you the chance to work with some of the brightest minds in seafood sustainability and providing an opportunity to represent the MSC at high level meetings and events across a range of sectors including retail, processing, fishing, academic institutions, and more.

Working with the Program Director, DACH & Benelux, the successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of the DACH strategic country plan, setting and delivering key priorities and projects. The Program Manager will also work closely with the Country Managers in Belgium and the Netherlands, and the Marketing and Communications Lead - DACH & Benelux.

This role requires an experienced and confident professional ready to inspire, engage and drive impact in one of MSC’s largest markets, demonstrating leadership on sustainable seafood topics and engaging staff to deliver on the ambition set out in the DACH strategic country plan.

The role also requires an enthusiastic spokesperson for the MSC, experienced in public speaking and handling media and stakeholder queries, as well as managing strategic and high-level relationships with key partners, fishery clients, and other engaged stakeholders.

You will also have strong program management skills, with a demonstrable track record in managing diverse programs, projects and teams. You will ideally have knowledge and experience in the sustainable food / seafood sector with an understanding of the issues and sensitivities of importance to different stakeholders with an interest in the MSC.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from the German office in Berlin for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month. The remaining time can be worked from home
