Senior Backend Developer (with DevOps/Infrastructure)

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives on building reliable systems and enjoys working on infrastructure and operations. This role combines backend development with DevOps/Infrastructure responsibilities, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and resilient.

While occasional remote work may be possible, this is predominantly an on-site position at our modern and beautiful offices. We value in-person collaboration and presence at the office.

What You’ll Do

Design and maintain backend services using Go (with Python being a bonus).
Implement containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
Drive reliability engineering practices, including incident management and system monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of the platform
Deploy and scale applications on Azure

You have:

5+ years of backend development experience (Go preferred)
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and tools
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure
Familiarity with reliability engineering and incident response processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A valid Norwegian residence permit or eligible to obtain one
