POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in management, Business Administration, or other related field; A minimum of five years' experience working in and managing a non-profit organization of at least $5 million Must demonstrate project management skills and the ability to build an effective team. Incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Must possess the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. COMPETENCIES: Builds Effective Teams: Defines success in terms of the whole team. Fosters open dialog.
