Main mission:
The Partnerships Development Director is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new strategic partners within a defined geographical area. This key role aims to develop a high-impact partnership portfolio aligned with Coral Gardeners’ mission. Working closely with the CEO, the Partnerships Development Director ensures the organization’s revenue growth by securing new partnerships.
Responsibilities :
1. Business Development / Prospecting
Identify and target new potential partners within the assigned geographical area;
Develop and deliver compelling pitches to generate interest and initiate partnerships;
Lead negotiations through to partnership closure;
Ensure that each partnership aligns with Coral Gardeners’ values, strategic objectives, and partnership guidelines.
Take the lead on partnership renewals or upgrades;
Proactively propose long-term strategic developments and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising—ideally within an NGO or social impact organization;
University degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred);
Fluency in English and French.
