CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

ABOUT US

Coral Gardeners is a mission-driven organisation founded in 2017 by young surfers and freedivers from Mo’orea. Witnessing the degradation of their home reef, they united to make a difference. Today, we are an international collective committed to revolutionising ocean conservation and saving coral reefs.

THE ROLE

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Coral Gardeners, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s revenue growth and ensuring its long-term financial sustainability, working directly with the CEO. We are seeking a leader who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, embracing a hands-on approach to trialling, testing, and iterating on new strategies to drive success. You should also be forward-thinking, leveraging cutting-edge technologies - such as digital marketing tools, CRM systems, data analytics, and AI - to maximise revenue opportunities and optimise performance.
