We are looking for a dynamic and energetic self-starter with the ability create a robust pipeline of high potential leads and identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Lastly, critical thinking, creativity and innovation will play a key role in strategizing and planning the conversion and acquisition of these potential markets.

Importantly, a new legislation took effect in 2023 in the Philippines and companies are now required to use recycled plastic and/or contribute to a plastic offset program. A minimum of 20% of their plastic footprint has been mandated for the year 2023. Note that the targets will increase over the years, with a target of 80% by 2028. The new legislation is called EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility). This represents a huge business opportunity for Plastic Bank in the country.

We are looking for candidates based in The Philippines. This role is home-based / fully remote.

Strategize the selection, prioritization and approaching of potential high quality leads
Contact Potential prospects through online research, networking and other channels
Actively be involved in lead generation and closing of sales
Work closely with marketing to create an appealing and convincing strategy of presenting PB products

Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Capable in working in a dynamic scale-up organization with limited supervision.
