The Mission to Seafarers is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our growing Development team. This is a new role supporting the delivery of professional, impactful relationships with our corporate supporters — from shipping companies to associated industries around the world. You’ll manage a portfolio of four-figure donors and act as a first point of contact for general corporate enquiries, helping to strengthen the network that supports seafarers and their families globally.

Day to day, you’ll conduct prospect research, help prepare presentations and meeting briefings, and support the wider team with portfolio management, impact reporting and pipeline development. You’ll coordinate follow-up after meetings and events, help organise lunch & learn sessions, and represent MtS at networking opportunities where appropriate. On the administration side, you’ll maintain accurate CRM records and the corporate pipeline (including automated reminders for follow-up actions), coordinate stewardship activities such as acknowledgements, reporting and supporter engagement touchpoints, handle invoice requests, produce activity reports, assist with corporate communications and mailings, and support event sponsorship admin and team expenses.

We’re looking for someone educated to degree level (or equivalent), with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience in fundraising, partnerships, customer service or a busy administration role is desirable, as is confidence with data and Microsoft Office; Mailchimp experience is a plus. You’ll need the right to live and work permanently in the UK. The role may involve occasional UK travel and evening/weekend work for key events, with Time Off In Lieu provided.

Please see the attached Appointment Brief for full details.

To apply, please send your CV along with a statement of no more than 500 words outlining your suitability for the role to jobs@missiontoseafarers.org.
