A Master’s degree (minimum) in Environmental Science, Ecology, Marine Science, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years’ experience in research, project management, waste management, community engagement, or enterprise development.
Proven experience working with communities, stakeholders, and/or local government.
Demonstrated research experience with a strong record of technical reporting, publications, and data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative).
Proficient with ArcGIS or QGIS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in an additional African language is desirable.
Knowledge of recycling sector economics and waste management systems is an advantage.
Proficient in standard office software and data management tools.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel and work independently across coastal regions.
