🚀 The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organized and people-focused People & Culture Generalist (PCG) to support the full employee lifecycle and HR administration across our international team.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, the PCG administers and continuously improves programs and processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
The PCG serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, ensuring efficient people operations while advancing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Culture & Employee Experience
Foster an inclusive, positive, and connected workplace culture that reflects the organization's values and supports a globally distributed workforce.
Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Lead and support initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, recognition, connection, and belonging.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Own and oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Draft, maintain, and update job descriptions and employee Terms of Reference (ToR).
Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and that activities progress as planned.
Process employment onboarding with Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) providers and relevant internal stakeholders.
Facilitate People & Culture onboarding sessions and support a smooth and welcoming transition for new employees joining the organization.
People Operations
Support the effective day-to-day delivery and administration of P&C operations across a geographically distributed workforce.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, requests, and routine People & Culture matters, ensuring timely responses or appropriate escalation.
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including hires, employment changes, leaves, and separations.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reporting, and organizational charts.
Identify opportunities to improve people processes, systems, and practices to create a positive and consistent employee experience.
Contribute to P&C projects, strategic priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Payroll and Benefits
Manage day-to-day relationships with Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) providers to support effective and responsive service delivery.
Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring required information and documentation are accurate and submitted.
Serve as a point of contact for routine payroll and benefits inquiries, coordinating with external providers as needed.
Oversee employee time-off administration and conduct monthly vacation accrual reconciliations.
Support the accurate administration of employee benefits across applicable locations and employment arrangements.
Contractor Administration
Administer contractor agreements and amendments.
Prepare, review, and process procurement forms, ToRs, and related documentation.
Manage contract execution and maintain accurate and organized contract records.
Work with internal stakeholders and external providers to support timely and accurate employment and contractor administration.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Coordinate and administer the organization's performance reflection process.
Monitor performance cycles and support the timely completion of review activities.
Support managers with performance management processes and employee development conversations.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen feedback, employee growth, learning, and development across the organization.
Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations
Maintain and update People & Culture policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Coordinate with EOR/PEO partners and relevant internal stakeholders to support compliance with applicable employment laws and requirements across operating locations.
Support employee relations matters, conducting initial fact-finding and coordinating appropriate next steps, while escalating complex or sensitive issues as appropriate.

🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
✔ 6+ years of progressive experience in human resources
✔ 3+ years of HR generalist-type experience
✔ Demonstrated experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, and offboarding.
✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
✔ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-through.
✔ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
✔ Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
✔ Experience using workplace technology (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack)
✔ Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating positive employee experiences
🎯 Bonus Points For
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent
NGO, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization experience
Experience working in a global or multi-country organization
Experience working with EOR/PEO providers
Experience with employee engagement, employee experience, or organizational culture initiatives
Experience supporting remote teams
Experience working with HRIS and other P&C systems
