We’re hiring a Junior B2B Sales Professional.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop their skills selling technical solutions to global offshore and marine industries.
You’ll learn the role through hands-on experience, supported by an experienced Sales Manager and internal resources while working closely with a collaborative team.
People who succeed in this role tend to be curious, organized, and thoughtful in how they approach conversations with customers.

SubC Imaging develops subsea imaging systems used by offshore and marine organizations around the world. For more than 15 years, our technology has supported underwater inspection, monitoring, and exploration in demanding environments where reliability and performance matter.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new B2B opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client technical and operational requirements
- Advance qualified opportunities through SubC’s established sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and clear pipeline visibility
- Execute disciplined follow-up to maintain momentum toward close
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Meet defined activity benchmarks, pipeline progression standards, and revenue targets
- Represent SubC professionally at trade shows and industry events when required
Our sales environment involves multi-step B2B sales cycles and technical discussions with clients, requiring preparation, organization, and consistent follow-through.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Experience supporting or participating in multi-step B2B sales cycles
- Demonstrated outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up practices
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline activity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
- Experience in offshore energy, marine technology, or ocean industries is considered an asset.
Note: Experience exclusively in high-volume retail or transactional sales environments may not closely align with the consultative and technical nature of this role.
