Since 2018, we have removed millions of kilograms of plastic waste from the environment through cleanup, recovery, recycling, and education initiatives.

We work with companies worldwide to help them take meaningful action against plastic pollution through Plastic Credits, CSR programs, sustainability consulting, and environmental impact projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to support our Partnerships team.

This role will focus primarily on CRM management, lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales operations support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean and effective sales pipeline, ensuring CRM data accuracy, researching new business opportunities, and supporting the wider Partnerships team.

HubSpot is the primary CRM used in this role, and the successful candidate will be expected to become a key resource in maintaining CRM hygiene, reporting, segmentation, and workflow management.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data management, technology, process improvement, and supporting commercial growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Maintain and manage the company's CRM database (HubSpot).
  • Ensure leads, contacts, companies, and opportunities are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and proactively identify duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records.
  • Ensure sales activities are logged correctly and consistently.
  • Support CRM workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales forecasting activities.
  • Segment CRM data for outreach campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Support CRM best practices across the Partnerships team.

Lead Generation & Prospect Research

  • Identify and research prospective clients across target industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain lead lists aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Source and verify contact information using approved tools and platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Continuously enrich and maintain prospect databases.

LinkedIn Prospecting & Management

  • Manage LinkedIn prospecting activities for the Partnerships team.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify relevant prospects.
  • Support outreach and connection-building activities.
  • Track LinkedIn engagement and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
  • Assist with prospect nurturing and follow-up activities.

Sales Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support Account Managers and Partnerships Executives with prospect research.
  • Assist with pipeline administration and opportunity tracking.
  • Prepare lead generation and CRM reports.
  • Maintain sales documentation and process guides.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and lead generation workflows.
  • Explore AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, productivity, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, business development, CRM administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
  • Experience conducting online research and prospect identification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong digital literacy and confidence using new software and technology platforms.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting AI tools, automation platforms, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
