Who We Are?
Seven Clean Seas builds Ocean Impact Projects and empowers communities to turn the tide on plastic pollution. We work with businesses and individuals to co-create sustainability initiatives following the Measure, Reduce, Offset and Engage framework.
A large part of what we do is engaging with businesses to inspire action against plastic pollution. Notable clients and projects include The Economist, Microsoft, Lo Bros, LUNAR and the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar amongst others.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager & Administration Executive to support the smooth running of our client accounts and internal operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping projects on track, managing administrative processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting day-to-day administrative functions that keep the business running efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
● Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
● Manage client requests, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
● Monitor account activities and ensure all client deliverables are completed on schedule.
● Support account renewals and identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement.
2. Administrative Operations
● Maintain accurate records, contracts, client files, and company documentation.
● Prepare and manage client agreements, invoices, certificates, and related paperwork.
● Organise and maintain digital filing systems and databases.
● Assist with company reporting and administrative tracking.
3. Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up
● Support invoice preparation and distribution.
● Monitor payment status and follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
● Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate client billing records.
● Maintain account information and payment documentation.
4. Client Success Support
● Assist in preparing impact reports, presentations, and client updates.
● Support the delivery of client engagement activities, events, and webinars.
● Ensure clients receive agreed deliverables, including certificates, reports, and project updates.
● Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
5. Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain accurate client information within company systems.
● Generate account and administrative reports as required.
● Track key client milestones and renewal dates.
● Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
6. Process Improvement
● Identify opportunities to improve administrative and account management processes.
● Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
● Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
7. Communication & Documentation
● Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account activities.
● Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other business documents as required.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
● Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote and international team.
