CSR Partnerships Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly proactive, organised, and hands-on CSR Partnerships Coordinator to lead the coordination and execution of our CSR programs and corporate engagement activities in Thailand.
This is not a desk role. You will be at the forefront of our impact managing field operations, hosting corporate partners, and ensuring every CSR experience is delivered at a high standard.
You will play a critical role in translating partnerships into real-world impact and memorable experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CSR Program & Field Execution
- Lead end-to-end coordination of CSR activities including beach cleanups, project tours, educational workshops, and community programs
- Plan and manage logistics (transport, materials, staffing, permits, vendors)
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Be physically present on-site to oversee execution and troubleshoot in real-time
- Continuously improve program quality and participant experience
2. Corporate Partner Experience
- Act as the on-the-ground host and representative of Seven Clean Seas during CSR engagements
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and well-structured experience for corporate partners
- Brief participants on safety, impact, and program objectives
- Build strong relationships with partners during and after activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, Marketing) to align on partner expectations
3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with local communities, leaders, and stakeholders
- Support the development and delivery of education and awareness programs
- Ensure community involvement is respectful, inclusive, and impactful
- Act as a bridge between corporate partners and local communities
4. Impact Tracking & Reporting
- Collect and manage data from CSR activities (participants, waste collected, outcomes)
- Support the creation of client reports and internal impact tracking
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, organised, and submitted on time
5. Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the Operations team to align CSR activities with field realities
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
- Contribute ideas to enhance program quality, scalability, and partner satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in CSR, event management, project coordination, or community engagement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing and able to travel regularly and work in field environments
- Must hold a valid passport or be willing to obtain one
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED
- Experience in environmental or sustainability-related programs
- Experience working with corporate clients or hosting group events
- Experience engaging with local communities or NGOs
