Job Description

The Junior HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the field crews by ensuring smooth operations across attendance tracking, payroll support, social event planning, and maintaining a positive work environment. This position will work closely with the Site Managers to promote team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and prevent potential issues, ensuring a supportive and harmonious work culture on both the Bintan and Batam projects.

Responsibility

As Junior HR Administrator your main responsibilities will be to:

1. Record and monitor crew Batam attendance accurately.

2. Collaborate with the HR team in Bali to provide accurate timesheets to support payroll processing.

3. Plan and organize routine company-supported social events to strengthen team relationships and foster a positive work environment in Bintan & Batam.

4. Address any issues related to team dynamics, ensuring healthy working relationships and promoting teamwork in Bintan & Batam.

5. Identify potential conflicts and proactively resolve any issues that arise among crew members. Implement strategies to prevent conflicts and ensure the team's well-being and productivity in Bintan & Batam.

6. Provide general HR support to field teams, offering guidance on workplace policies and addressing any HR-related concerns and maintenance quarter crew assessments in Bintan & Batam.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or related fields, preferably in a field-based or remote environment.

• in Human Resources, with a focus on field operations or remote team management.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict-management skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and teamwork.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.
