Seven Clean Seas is an ocean-impact social enterprise focused on cleaning the ocean

and creating sustainable livelihoods for local communities across Asia. We collaborate

with global companies, helping them reduce plastic consumption and contribute to

impactful environmental projects.

We have ambitious plans to expand globally and are looking for values-driven

individuals to join our team and help us achieve these goals.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive

who will play a key role in scaling our efforts. You will directly contribute to our sales

growth strategy, working closely with the Founding team and the sales team to identify

new opportunities and establish lasting partnerships with global clients.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role with a focus on client outreach, relationship

building, and closing deals. Notable clients we’ve worked with include The Supreme

Committee for Delivery and Legacy (Qatar World Cup 2022), The Economist, SALT

Brewery, and Lunar.

Your Responsibilities:

● Sales and Outreach: Identify new prospects, build relationships, and manage

the sales cycle through to closing.

● CRM Management: Effectively use CRM tools (Hubspot) to track leads, monitor

progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Collaboration and Mentorship: Work within a collaborative team environment,

supporting sales targets and co-managing deals as appropriate.

● KPI Achievement: Work towards individual and collective KPIs, ensuring sales

targets are met, and performance is tracked accurately.

● Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring

successful ongoing partnerships and exploring new opportunities.

● Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, and assist in the

creation of contracts and tenders.

● Sales Process Refinement: Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales

processes and refine partnership strategies.

Your Profile:

● 4+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in sales, partnership generation,

and closing B2B deals.

● CRM Expertise: Experience with sales automation tools, especially Hubspot,

and the ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs.

● Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with

the ability to create compelling narratives.

● Client-Centric: Passion for nurturing client relationships and ensuring long-term

satisfaction.

● Growth Mindset: Ability to identify market trends, capitalize on sales

opportunities, and scale partnerships.

● Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and capable of adapting sales

strategies based on new insights.

Nice to Have:

● Experience in Sustainability or Social Impact: Ideally, experience working

within green tech or social enterprises.

● Hyper-Growth Experience: Comfort in dynamic environments where quick

strategy pivots are required.

● Relevant Network: Existing connections or networks that could open business

opportunities for the company.
