Who We Are:
Seven Clean Seas builds Ocean Impact Projects and empowers communities to turn the tide on plastic pollution. We work with businesses and individuals to co-create sustainability initiatives following the Measure, Reduce, Offset, and Engage framework. A large part of what we do involves engaging businesses to involve employees in the fight against plastic pollution.
The Role:
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing organisation! As an integral part of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating a variety of visuals across different channels. This role requires someone with previous work experience and a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design various assets. Beyond just following instructions, we’re seeking someone with a creative eye who is willing to propose ideas and suggest continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:
1. Visual Identity & Branding:
- Ensure a cohesive visual identity of the Seven Clean Seas brand across all marketing channels.
- Provide a variety of graphic design and visual assets that are in line with the Seven Clean Seas brand.
2. Content Creation:
- Deliver outputs, as requested by the Marketing Manager and/or Social Media Manager, for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Design and continuously improve page layouts for the Seven Clean Seas website and our client landing pages.
3. Support for Sales & Consultancy Teams:
- Support the Sales Team with design assets like product or packaging mock-ups.
- Support the Consultancy Team with design needs such as infographics and 1-page briefs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1.5 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Experience in UI design (website/application) for desktop and mobile devices is a must.
- Ability to design a variety of social media outputs for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Capability to design engaging visuals for both offline/print media in addition to digital.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently between different tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and any other relevant software.
- Ability to communicate and work in English.
- Experience in video editing is a plus!
- Ability to design 2D animations is a plus!
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, if not already based here.
