The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will work with staff across program areas to engage new community groups, neighborhoods, and partners to build organizational capacity – particularly within Rhode Island’s EPA-designated Environmental Justice Communities. The Member will work alongside staff to develop new volunteer initiatives, develop and implement engagement and outreach strategies, identify new community partners, conduct/support volunteer recruitment and training, oversee volunteer and outreach events, and provide administrative support for the volunteer program.
