About This Role
An exciting role that encompasses a wide range of Business Services and Procurement functions. Responsibilities include Continuity Planning, coordinating office moves, and conducting ergonomic evaluations. Provides backup support for facilities management tasks such as new employee onboarding (photos, badges, access), mail courier duties, and printing requests. Serves as the Contract Coordinator, monitoring vendor performance in areas such as recycling services, office moves, and security. Oversees forms management and conference room scheduling, including furniture layouts and special accommodations. Acts as a liaison to building management and external vendors for building upgrades, repairs, and related needs.
