Location: Bristol, 3 Days per week in the office.
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on skills and experience

People and Culture Partner
The People & Culture Partner reports directly to the Chief People Officer, playing a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's People activities. With a focus on fostering a positive work environment, the People & Culture Partner collaborates with various departments to provide day to day support for all areas of People Operations including on/offboarding, employee relations, employment law, pay and benefits and policy management.
The People & Culture Partner influences the organisation's performance, continuously optimizing key People processes and policies, training managers on how to use them, suggesting technology improvements and therefore contributing to efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and overall business performance.
The People & Culture Partner will be passionate about helping create a company that makes a difference in the world. They will also be passionate about being part of a People team that creates an inclusive workplace where people can bring their whole selves to work.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver strategic People & Culture initiatives, effectively address employee needs, whilst maintaining a kind, inclusive and agile workplace in a sustainable and quickly growing business.
