About the job:

The Digital Marketing Growth Manager is critical in advancing our digital marketing growth, primarily increasing digital purchases of our Impact Subscription. This position involves executing the digital marketing transformation and managing the digital marketing funnel to enhance data-driven decision-making and marketing efficiency. Their efforts will be pivotal in improving the effectiveness of our digital campaigns and contributing to our broader mission.

This is a six-month full-time contract position. It is remote, based in Latin America (with exceptions), and requires flexibility across multiple time zones.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement growth-focused digital marketing projects to maximize conversion rates across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics environment, ensuring optimal setup for growth-driven insights.
  • Lead the execution and optimization of digital funnels, tailoring strategies to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to advance our analytics and tracking frameworks, supporting robust growth analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain landing pages on our website, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and user experience. Work closely with the Tech team to implement technical enhancements and updates.
  • Utilize data to drive decisions, focusing on strategic changes that deliver measurable growth in key performance indicators.
  • Train and support team members on best practices and effective use of digital marketing tools.

Success Factors within 6 Months:

  • Fully document and optimize the Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 setup to improve tracking accuracy and conversion insights.
  • Successfully implement AI-driven strategies that demonstrably enhance conversion rates in key campaigns.
  • Redesign and execute multiple digital funnels that significantly uplift conversion performance.
  • Establish a framework for ongoing conversion rate optimization that can be scaled and applied across various campaigns.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, conversion optimization and digital transformations.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS or E-commerce is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong expertise in managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics with a track record of leveraging these tools for substantial growth
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and basic web development skills for creating and managing landing pages
  • Experience and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, Talkwalker, Salesforce, Convert, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects that significantly improve conversion rates.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones, particularly accommodating schedules that align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) and global team requirements.
