Position: Customer Care Representative, (1) Full-Time and (1) Part-Time 20+ hours, Regular, Non-Exempt
Location: Ma’alaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $17.24/hr + commission & tips

Pacific Whale Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed our mission of protecting the ocean through science and advocacy. Since 1980, we have made a significant impact on marine environments and wildlife across the Pacific region, including Hawaii, Japan, Australia, and Chile. Our mission is to inspire environmental stewardship and promote ocean conservation.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will ensure exceptional customer service for our guests while promoting company tours and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage reservation for guests
Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
Oversee customer check-ins and serve as "Welcome Ambassadors"

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable personality
Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early or late shifts
Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
Must currently reside on Maui and familiarity with all areas of Central, South, West, and Upcountry Maui is a bonus
