Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill up to two part-time (maximum 24 hours per week) Operations Assistant positions at the Oregon State University College of Pharmacy, located in the OHSU Robertson Life Sciences Building (RLSB) on the South Waterfront in Portland, Oregon. The position plays a crucial role in the main office, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, and staff, and providing administrative and operational support for academic programs. Working conditions and work schedule: Standard office environment with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. May be required to push, pull, and/or lift up to 20 pounds. Work schedule is assigned based on your availability around your class schedule. Typically 10-20 hours per week, depending on availability. |
