Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) International Researcher for the Office of Development at Oregon State University (OSU). The Relationship Insights team of the Oregon State University Foundation partners with OSU Foundation Development to ensure that we are engaging the right major gift donors at the right time, using technology, data and analytics. As a member of the Relationship Insights team, this student position supports our efforts in identifying and engaging international donors. The student researcher will help the foundation expand its global network of supporters by conducting targeted research and analysis on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with philanthropic interests aligned with the university’s mission. This position is located at the OSU Foundation office at 4238 SW Research Way, Corvallis, OR 97333. |

Additional Required Qualifications | This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 2 years. |
Preferred (Special) Qualifications | Must be a student at Oregon State University and have a general understanding of office practices. Be able to handle interpersonal relationships maturely, thoughtfully, and empathetically, including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions / Work Schedule | Work Schedule This is a part-time position working up to 24 hours per week with the option to work additional hours during breaks.
