Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill six part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Student Outreach Assistant for the Reser Center for Creative Arts at Oregon State University (OSU). The Event and Program Facilitator is a public-facing role that interacts with a range of clients and patrons including but not limited to visiting artists, VIPs, rental clients, concertgoers, university students and k-12 students. The person in this role understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment and experience for all PRAx guests and collaborators. The Event and Program Facilitator will be trained on and assigned to the following shifts:
Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Required Dress Code: Business Casual unless otherwise directed by a supervisor. |
