We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to join our sales & marketing team. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, serving as our first full-time employee in eastern Canada. Based at COVE, you'll manage our east coast service fleet of 3 USVs, provide customer support, conduct demonstrations, and drive system sales and mission services across eastern Canada, the United States, and beyond.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct USV demonstrations, including mission planning and execution

Generate and nurture sales leads through proactive outreach and relationship building

Deliver compelling customer presentations and prepare detailed quotations

Craft winning proposals, identify and respond to RFP opportunities

Maintain and leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Provide customer support and assist in program management for service and sales contracts

Represent OOR at trade shows and conferences, showcasing our technology and capabilities

Collaborate with the engineering and sales & marketing team to communicate customer needs and market trends
