Applicants must meet the following mandatory technical qualifications:

Demonstrated senior-level experience developing, coordinating, negotiating, implementing, or overseeing international science, engineering, research, education, or innovation partnerships.
Demonstrated senior-level experience advising senior leaders or shaping organizational strategy on science, engineering, research, education, innovation, international engagement, or related policy matters.

Evaluation:

Your application will be evaluated on the extent and quality of your experience relevant to the duties of the position. We strongly encourage you to specifically address the technical qualifications for this position as well as the Executive Core Qualifications needed for all SES positions:
