Ocean Job Board

The North Carolina Coastal Federation is a member-supported non-profit organization focused on protecting and restoring the North Carolina coast. Since 1982, it has engaged in various programs aimed at improving water quality, restoring coastal habitats, and advocating for sustainable coastal management. The Federation collaborates with communities, government agencies, and businesses to achieve its goals, boasting a strong grassroots presence. With over 16,000 supporters and nearly 300,000 people reached annually, it has made significant strides in coastal management, including the establishment of new water quality standards and the preservation of over 10,000 acres of coastal land.
