Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business segments.

· Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure commercial agreements align with technical and delivery capabilities.

· Track and report on KPIs, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

· Represent Heimdal at industry conferences, trade shows, and policy discussions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

· 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in carbon markets, clean energy, or industrial technology.

· Experience identifying and securing funding from government grants, climate funds, or corporate sustainability programs.

· Knowledge of voluntary and compliance carbon markets, sustainability frameworks, and climate policy.

· Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.

· Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

· Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.

What We Offer

· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

· Equity options in a mission-driven climate technology startup.

· Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.
