Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute Foundation's goal is to support FAU's Harbor Branch as it increases understanding of the oceans and coastal areas through exploration and scientific investigation. HBOI provides significant support for the institute through discretionary grant making from its endowment and by overseeing its highly successful specialty license plate program.
