Overview

(2 positions available)

This is not your average teaching position. Gloucester Biotechnology Academy instructors enjoy a low student to teacher ratio, students with a passion for science, and support from the Gloucester community.

Our students graduate in 10 months with more lab hours than a 4-year Bachelor’s degree recipient, and are already making a difference at biotech, life science and pharmaceutical companies across the state.

Reporting to the Lead Teacher, the Instructor is a part of the Academy’s robust teaching team. Twin passions for teaching and science are a must. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player and exceptional representative of the organization. This is a critical role as GMGI continues to enhance its quality programs, build capacity and achieve ambitious goals, and represents a tremendous opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-impact organization recognized in 2022 as the recipient of the Massachusetts Workforce Innovation Award
