Senior Project Manager | Social Responsibility. Job Summary: FishWise is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and impact-driven Senior Project Manager, Social Responsibility to support the organization’s work advancing human and labor rights, human rights due diligence, and holistic sustainability within global seafood supply chains. Reporting to the Project Director, this regular, full-time, remote position supports FishWise’s business partnerships and projects by managing social responsibility and transparency initiatives, coordinating partner engagement, analyzing and communicating project outcomes, and helping develop practical solutions that integrate social, environmental, and traceability considerations into corporate due diligence programs. The position requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel. The expected pay range is $64,400 to $73,000 per year. About the Role: Within FishWise’s Markets Program, the Senior Project Manager, Social Responsibility supports business partnerships and projects that advance human and labor rights and human rights due diligence throughout global seafood supply chains, contributing to tools, guidance, and industry collaborations that integrate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and transparency. What You’ll Do: Manage and execute social responsibility and transparency projects; support development and implementation of traceability, transparency, human rights due diligence, and holistic sustainability solutions; facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting; develop and maintain relationships with companies and stakeholders; coordinate across FishWise teams; conduct research and contribute to technical resources and industry-facing materials; represent FishWise at external events; maintain platforms and communications resources; develop reports and communications materials; support project budgeting, deliverable tracking, grant reporting, and documentation; participate in cross-functional initiatives; support recruitment and hiring activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 4–6 years; strong project management across multiple complex projects; strong written and verbal communication; research and analytical skills; ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholder groups; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Work Environment: Fully remote, US-based; approximately 10% domestic and international travel.
