Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions at full or part-time hours in various locations within the Stock Assessment Program in the Fraser and Interior Area, North Coast Area, South Coast Area, and Yukon and Transboundary Rivers Area.

Education:

(If applying for CR-04 position):
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

(If applying for AS-01 position):
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience providing administrative support services.
Experience providing assistance to clients and general public.

Education:
Post-Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, HR or Finance/Accounting from a Post-Secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience working with Federal Government financial management systems, such as SAP or other Federal Government systems.
Experience in the preparation, maintenance, and control of budgets.
Experience providing human resources support.
Experience in supervision.
Experience working as a timekeeper (entering, approving and reconciling entries into a Pay system/database).
