Join a team of diverse and dedicated security and safety practitioners !

Stream 1 : As a security advisor, you will play a critical role in managing the organization's security issues. Your analysis and advice will contribute to risk prevention and mitigation, to incident preparedness and response, and to recovery.

Stream 2 : As an occupational health and safety advisor, you will play a critical role in managing the organization's safety issues. Your analysis and advice will contribute to risk prevention and mitigation.

Intent of the process

This inventory will be used to establish a partially or fully qualified pool of candidates within Fisheries and Oceans Canada which may be used to staff positions at the AS-04 level or equivalent with various linguistic requirements, various security requirements, various tenures.

ED1. A secondary school diploma or acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position to be filled.

Degree equivalency

⭐️ EXPERIENCE
STREAM 1 :
EX1. Experience analyzing and interpreting safety and/or security and/or business continuity legislation and policies.

STREAM 2 :
EX2. Experience analyzing and interpreting occupational health and safety legislation.

ALL STREAMS :
EX3. Experience in providing advice and recommendations on complex issues.

🎓 EDUCATION (ASSETS)
AED1. Certification or post secondary program relevant to the position.
