YOUR ROLE.
At Deep BV, we specialise in high-quality hydrographic and geophysical surveys: offshore, nearshore and inland. Every project we take on is driven by a strong commitment to quality, safety, and care for people and the environment. To support our growing operations, we’re looking for a hands-on, curious and energetic HSEQ Specialist to join our team for a 6-month period.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING.
As a temporary HSEQ Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) framework. Your goal? Helping ensure that safety and quality are embedded in everything we do: both in the office and in the field.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of our HSEQ policies and systems
- Draft and review safety procedures, work methods and emergency plans in collaboration with our project teams
- Lead project-specific risk assessments and safety meetings
- Identify practical solutions to HSEQ challenges in ongoing projects
- Promote a strong safety culture and help colleagues keep safety top of mind
- Act as a proactive advisor on HSEQ risks, trends and improvement opportunities
WHO WE LOOK FOR.
- A proactive and adaptable professional with a strong interest in HSEQ
- Ability to work independently and switch gears quickly
- Practical mindset with great communication and organisational skills
- Affinity with offshore/marine projects is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Availability for 6 months, starting as soon as possible
