Freshline is an eCommerce and fulfillment platform for perishable food suppliers selling direct-to-consumer. Before Freshline, the company launched as a seafood marketplace called Coastline in 2016. Coastline connected fish farms and fisheries to high-end restaurants. The founders spent four years in the perishable food supply chain building Coastline, working tirelessly to build seafood supply lines from Japan, Mexico, Vietnam, and more into North America. They took the company from $0 to approximately $4 million per year in revenue and then subsequently pivoted to Freshline during the COVID-19 pandemic.
