Cellula is hiring an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator. This will be a full time position that will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with project administrative tasks, information gathering and documentation management. This role supports PMO with process improvements and monitoring.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree, Academic Background in Mechanic, Electric or Mechatronic field
  • PMP
  • Experience working within the AUV/ROV industry
  • Experience with engineering projects
  • Experience with projects that involve prototypes and assemblies
  • Hands-on experience with assemblies and parts/products tests
  • Experience with working with cross-functional groups
  • Basic Microsoft Project + principles of scheduling
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager(s) with project administrative tasks including:

  • Update project budgets
  • Update project schedule
  • Draft project meeting minutes as needed
  • Draft status reports
  • Draft client invoices
  • Create job structures within the ERP system
  • Create and follow up Gitlab tickets
  • Contact suppliers for follow up

Assist Project Manager(s) with project deliverables (documents, drawings, etc.) including:

  • Maintain the master deliverables list
  • Follows through on project goals
  • Work with Quality manager to ensure all Quality documentation is complete
  • Creation, scanning, & filing project QC forms
  • Reviewing project documents as part of the release process
  • Transmittal of documents in required form to final parties
  • At the Project Manager’s discretion, take on other project-related duties as necessary to ensure the team meets its project delivery goals
  • Assist PM’s by organizing project specific issues, discussions, mapping rationale and possible solutions presented by engineers

Reporting:

  • Collect and present data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting
  • Set up workflows
  • Use ERP system to generate ERP reports
  • Post process reports using Excel
