We are currently seeking a Revenue Specialist to join our Billing Services team in a permanent position reporting to the Billing Supervisor.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play an important role in reviewing and maintaining the integrity of customer billing information behind the scenes.
You will receive on-the-job training to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the role.
As a Revenue Specialist, you will support the operational side of the billing process by reviewing billing exceptions, investigating discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments before bills are issued to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
You will also be responsible for your personal safety and that of your coworkers by adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. In addition, you will support environmental performance through compliance with environmental management system processes and initiatives.
