We are looking for an Administrative Assistant IV to support our Engineering team and related capital work. This role is based in a busy technical office and helps keep day-to-day work organized, documented, and moving. The successful candidate will support safety administration, purchasing and payroll tracking, office coordination, team information management, project-related administration, and meeting support.
This is a good fit for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable learning new systems, and interested in supporting a team that delivers engineering and capital work across the business. Direct experience in engineering or utilities is helpful, but not required. We are looking for strong administrative fundamentals, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.
This position is based in Lakeside/Beechville, Nova Scotia.
